SHORT LOVE STORY: AND IT WAS LOVE.... “Good Morning, How may I help you ?”
was my response to a phone call received as usual. The caller was
not speaking any thing. I again repeated my sentence “Good Morning,
how may I help you, please ?” This time I could make out that
some one is there who is trying to tease me. I noted the caller’s
number from I.D. display. After about one hour the same number appeared
again. I picked up the receiver and politely asked again whether I
am of any help to caller. |

| I was a receptionist in an M.N.C. I used to receive hundreds of calls daily. But this call was something different. My intuitions were telling a different story. I picked up my personal cell phone and dialed the same number. Now I did not utter a single word. To my surprise the person on the other end knew me. He whispered my name “ Hellery”, and said, I knew you will call. I asked who is this? He replied “ Jones”. I hung up the phone. For next 10 minutes, I felt very uncomfortable. I could not concentrate on my duty. My colleagues noticed it. The reactions were unusual. I called again and again just to listen his mesmerizing voice. He spoke little.
